Shipping/postage is currently available for UK only.  

Any orders placed through my shop are packed and shipped within 5 working days from date of purchase.

You are welcome to collect your order from my home studio (St Agnes TR5 0RS). Please enter ‘pickup’ at checkout to remove the shipping cost. I will then be in touch via email to arrange collection.

Packaging

Packaging is supplied from a local Cornish business and is fully recyclable/biodegradable. The items are wrapped in a ‘honeycomb’ brown paper to protect them, placed in a double walled box filled with 100% compostable/biodegradable corn-starch peanuts. I will also reuse when possible, packaging I have received from my orders rather than recycling it. Please pass on or reuse the packaging where possible from your orders. My stamp is made from sustainable & reclaimed materials in the UK and the ink is acid free, nontoxic vegan ink.

Returns

Returns are only accepted on a case-by-case basis so please consider your purchase carefully. Any returns are your responsibility until they are delivered to me and must be returned unused, undamaged in their original packaging. The individual is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns are not accepted on seconds or samples.

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible via email at gailcooper.ceramics@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged goods so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Care recommendations

Each piece is individually handmade, thrown on the potter’s wheel in small batches, fired up to 1260 degrees centigrade. There will be subtle differences between items as each piece is unique so variations may occur in the shape, size, and colour of each piece.

All items are made with food safe materials. I recommend handwashing with care instead of a dishwasher as this is gentler and preferred to maintain the quality of the piece.  They are not suitable for oven or microwave use. Please handle your item with care as they are more fragile than mass produced / factory made ceramics.
